Clearly a no park zone. Amazon should not be allowed to take illegal parking spots, and have there carts all over our streets, sidewalks, bike paths. They should go back to delivering like they used to and like everyone else does - UPS, FEDEX, USPS, - are they all going to be allowed to park anywhere too? And start having delivery carts everywhere?
