- Improper trash storage I am reporting an ongoing issue with a trash barrel being left in front of/near the mailbox area of my building. This is now the second time the mail carrier has left a written note stating that the trash barrel needs to be moved from the mailbox area so that mail can be delivered. Today, September 23, 2026, the mail carrier left another note and did not deliver my mail because the mailbox area was obstructed. This is interfering with residents receiving their mail. I am requesting that the City please investigate this issue and require the trash barrel to be moved to an appropriate location away from the mailbox area and kept clear so mail can be delivered. I have attached a photo of the notice left by the mail carrier as documentation
