Weeds way overgrown in this corner - please clean this up. Rats hide here!!

There are three dumpsters behind our building and they are totally open for rats. There are many rats there every night and often during the day as well. It is a serious issue due to the dumpster being totally unsecured. The building is 20 Radcliffe and the dumpsters are in the corner of the parking lot around the back of the building.

Several rats seen during the day. I left a voice mail message with the liaison and a report to 311. No response. this is my second report to 311. Please respond. This is dangerous public health issue.
