- Description
- There is a sewer outside 131-135 Boston Street that I've seen rats the size of dogs come out of and they're running all over our front yards and eating mulch. I actually witnessed about 10 of them playing along my neighbors iron fence the other day. Running up and down without a care in the world. They're disgusting and NEED to be dealt with PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!????????
