Description
Rats running all over, Lexington street in Charlestown. 5 pm last night encountered a rat running on the sidewalks in front of 15 Lexington street. Trash is all contained properly. Need the city to do a better job with bait boxes and poison. Proximity to the housing authority construction does not help!
