Description
1252 Washington Street, Boston — Alex’s Pizza November 1, 2026, at 10:49 p.m. Safety Hazards, Illegal Parking, Bus Lane Obstruction, and Noise Disturbance Several Alex’s Pizza customers are illegally parked in the bus lane despite plenty of available parking nearby. MBTA buses are still running and repeatedly sounding their horns because of the obstruction. These vehicles force buses to maneuver around them, creating collision risks and unsafe conditions for passengers, cyclists, pedestrians, and other drivers. The repeated horn noise also disrupts nearby residents late at night. This is a recurring safety issue requiring sustained enforcement. Please document this complaint and forward it to parking enforcement and the appropriate transit and public safety authorities for prompt action. Photograph attached.
