- Boston police told me to call 311 to resolve this issue everyday. Location is at 15 Brook Marshall road, Roxbury MA. Police said it needs to be resolve by BTD and ticket the truck. This is happening everyday now . A red flatbed truck with plate number Z15291. This is residence parking only. It’s illegal to have a commercial vehicle over weight truck park here everyday and overnight . Right now it’s double park .
