Description: I am submitting yet another complaint about the dumpsters on Seaview Ave. As I was turning the corner onto Drumlin, I could smell these dumpsters from several meters away. The smell is overwhelming and has become an issue for the surrounding neighborhood. Once again, the dumpsters are overflowing, with trash and waste spilling into the surrounding area. The street and sidewalks are covered in years of staining and buildup from the liquids leaking out of these dumpsters. The amount of leakage onto public property is disgusting and creates a potential health hazard for the children, residents, and pets who walk these sidewalks every day. At what point are those responsible going to be held accountable? How many complaints need to be filed before the City actually takes meaningful action? This has been going on for years. The smell, overflowing trash, and waste leaking onto public property are completely unacceptable. Residents should not have to continuously complain about something as basic as sanitation in their own neighborhood. I am fed up and disgusted with how the City has handled this issue. Temporary cleanups are clearly not working, and the conditions continue to return. I want to know what is actually being done to hold the responsible parties accountable and what the City plans to do to permanently address this issue. Enough is enough.
