- 65 Harrison Ave - construction debris and impediments left since water main break It is a hazard for the many many elderly residents that reside in Chinatown. At the same time, that is the center of Chinatown for many tourists and residents shopping and dining there. It has been almost 2 weeks since the crew came to fix the water main and the road. The unpaved asphalt, the debris left on the open street are not only hazards, but they are unsightly for our community.
