- In front of 87-89 Fort Avenue: A section of the brick sidewalk has completely caved in and collapsed, leaving a deep hole with several loose, displaced bricks. There is a severe uneven trip hazard surrounding an exposed iron utility cap. The rest of the surrounding brick walkway is also badly cracked, shifted, and uneven, creating multiple separate stumble hazards. This is a high-traffic pedestrian walkway right next to residential entry steps, posing a major risk for anyone walking, pushing strollers, or utilizing mobility devices.
