Overflowing Trash

Opened: Oct 6, 2026, 9:33 AM1h ago
Description: Garbage barrels overflowing at 14 Monument Square Charlestown. The barrels were not taken out for pick up and garbage accumulated . This is a chronic problem causing rats to feed on and a public health problem. Can action be taken so barrels are put out tomorrow Wednesday . Additionally , citations have not been effective in changing behavior. I strongly ask that this issue be elevated to the powers that be to take more serious action.
