- Non-service dogs are still being allowed in Star Market @ North Station. This time someone even had their small white dog INSIDE A SHOPPING CART THAT OTHER PEOPLE USE!! When reported to the employees, they say there’s nothing they can do about it. A store manager also told me the same thing. He even told me that they recently had more than one incident of a dog pooping on the floor
