- Excessive Construction Noise at 12:45 AM Centre Street @ Ballard Street Equipment with back up signal noise is being used unnecessarily in the middle of the night. why on earth is work being done to repaint street lines and cross walks at almost one in the morning. the paint vehicle makes a very loud noise everytime it backs up
