- Active noise ordinance violation. A nearby third-party construction crew is operating heavy machinery and performing loud construction work at 4:00 AM. Under City of Boston Municipal Code Section 16-26.4, regular construction is strictly prohibited before 7:00 AM. This early morning noise is causing a severe, disruptive public nuisance in a residential area. Please dispatch an inspector or officer to issue a citation and a stop-work order. Near 75 Willow Ct., Dorchester Massachusetts.
