Description
There's a really loud coil whine coming from outside near 9 Aldwin Road, Boston, MA 02131. Sounds like an electrical transformer is ready to blow, but I'm not 100% sure about that. It's loud enough to wake me from sleep,and it's tough to go back to sleep.
