- I have reported the dumpsters being left opened behind lazuri cafe countless times and have been told the issue was resolved with a citation and every time the dumpsters are still left open immediately after. This is making the rat problem in the area exponentially worse and yet nothing is being done about it. I work in a building connected to the lazuri resturants and it is making my job harder to keep my place of employment clean when they can violate the health code with no consequence
