- Unlikely sole owner, but certainly the property's manager Victor Damore has been made aware of this issue: this has been over a week of trash accumulation. Previous tenants (2 units, 4 bdrms each) also left garbage on decks and on front sidewalk. Lots of garbage to welcome new tenants, who now add to the growing trash collection. Unsightly, unhygienic, and a potential breeding ground for rodents. Also, i am suprised the person that pays Mr. Damore monthly to park in that spot (but does not live at the address) is t having trouble getting into the vehicle safely. Victor Damore has been contacted privately numerous times, yet has done nothing but collect money from these new guests in South boston.
