Improper Trash Storage

- The property owners at this address always leave flimsy trash bags with holes on the sidewalk instead of inside the trash barrel. Rats and/or other rodents have been ripping them up. Tonight there's trash all over the sidewalk. We have a rodent problem in this area and big rats are roaming our street every night. Can you please do something about this?
