- Hello! I think these work signs outside my apt (143 Sutherland Rd) are placed in the wrong area, or they have an incorrect permit. The permit is for 2-12 Sutherland and they currently have signs and markings outside 141-145 Sutherland. Please see photos attached. Thanks, Kelsey
