- Pedestrian access during sidewalk construction Construction Permit# 1829125 Sidewalk construction is underway along Park St. and Merlin, Thane St cross streets. There is currently no clearly designated pedestrian route around the work area. My previous case, #BCS-00291523, was closed because Code Enforcement determined this is not a Code Enforcement issue. Please route this request to Public Works/the appropriate Streets Cabinet team responsible for the sidewalk construction. Could they review whether a safe and accessible pedestrian route should be provided during the work?
