Description
Why doesn’t the city expand the sidewalks to make sure they are always in a state of good repair- you can’t rely on cheap landlords to fix private sidewalks. Also if they’re private then they are not public so then there is essentially no public access along this main road?!? Is all of Essex street private sidewalk? You’re a city where most people walk- you can’t just force private landowners to provide space for people to walk that’s the city’s job!!! This is not equitable to have 3 car lanes and two small private pathways on either side. Garbage!
