- Bricks collapsing and a hole in the sidewalk directly in front of the entryway of 3 Melrose St. It’s more than just a missing brick as there is an empty cavity underneath that rats are going into. This is a trip hazard. Additionally, there are missing bricks as well as another hole in between 3 and 5 Melrose St.
