Description: Trash is scattered all over this property, which is owned by two private. The property is severely overgrown, with vegetation extending into the street, and litter is everywhere, including plastic, debris, and even discarded needles. It is a disgrace that the City has allowed the property to remain in this condition without holding the owners accountable. Residents of this neighborhood pay a significant amount in property taxes and should not have to live next to an unsafe, neglected property like this. The City needs to require the owners to clean up and properly maintain their property. Even down the entire hillside towards the billboard.
