- Please Help! City tree on the sidewalk is damaging my home with the large branch hitting my house and chimney. City keeps sending a tree trimming company but they say they need city to authorize a crane to trim the branch! The tree branch is now a safety issue as it is hitting my house and chimney. If I use my fireplace I worry about a fire starting .
