Description
51 Donnybrook residents let their two old, small black dogs roam freely off their property every day, nearly getting hit by cars on both Dbrook and Hobson St. Major frustration for any dog on a leash being walked as well as the basic safety risk from being off leash all around the neighborhood. Owners ALWAYS say they'll do better and keep them on leashes and it never happens.
