To Animal Control: Here is video proof that Bruce Irving's Dogs are constantly causing a nuisance at all hours of the day and night. Here is a video Link for you to hear it. This video is at 1am and they are also scratching on the floor above my unit. I was sleep and it woke me out of my sleep.
