Description
We have increased rat activity in the area and have noticed rodents coming out of the overgrown tree base. This is a city tree and should not fall on the residents to clear. I had to clear the base to check for burrows. If this was my property blocking the sidewalk and harboring rodents I would have been ticketed. Please do better City of Boston!
