URGENT DATA CORRECTION NOTICE: CONFLICT OF INTEREST & RETALIATORY CONSTRUCTIVE EVICTION Re: Case No. A26-089911-1 / Ticket Logs for 46 Soldiers Field Place, Unit 205.The entries logged on August 11, 2026, by Princeton Properties Regional Manager Shannon Earley constitute direct, retaliatory misrepresentation designed to corrupt a municipal database during active, high-court litigation. Boston 311 operators must immediately cease taking unilateral, unverified defense scripts from this corporate executive for the following three reasons: 1. Total Lack of Personal Knowledge: Shannon Earley does not reside at the subject premises, has never personally monitored the vertical sound transmission, and has no first-hand, admissible knowledge of the uninsulated subfloor impacts. Her claims are fabricated hearsay designed to protect a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio. 2. Documented Inconsistency and Collusion: The manager’s entry claiming the property layout has "no issues" directly contradicts her own physical directives instructing the downstairs resident to call the police for after-hours disruptions. Furthermore, the log reveals that management is actively offering a voluntary apartment switch to the non-disabled, rule-breaking tenant while systematically denying the reasonable accommodation and unit-transfer requests of the disabled, lower-income lottery resident. 3. Bad-Faith Litigation Sabotage: Utilizing a public city portal to defame a disabled resident as "sensitive" while knowing a formal lawsuit is pending on the state court mainframe constitutes actionable Retaliatory Defamation under Massachusetts law.
