- Alley between Warren Ave and Appleton & Dartmouth and West Canton in complete disrepair with multiple potholes and cratering in the middle and the sides. Needs repaving so that the city’s trash and recycling trucks can get through safely. I was told last year when I reported this that it is a “private alley” but I’ve checked the records and that’s incorrect. Please let me know when it will be repaved.
