Illegal Graffiti

Description: While walking my dog I encountered the woman in the picture attached painting graffiti’s with an air can on several spots. First on on Willis St, between Sumner St and Bakersfield St in Dorchester, and then again on a second site, a block away, on a post on Bakersfield between Willis and Annapolis St where I confronted her and made her stop. That’s where I took the pictures attached. At first, when I was attempting to stop her from painting, she was confrontational and threatening (telling me “I didn’t know who I was messing with because she knows people”) but then when she saw my dog (who looks scary) she stopped being confrontational and walked away. A random neighbor I’ve never met heard us and came out (I don’t know him) and he said that this woman has been a big problem for the community, stealing packages from his neighbors and himself. 5 minutes later, when I showed my downstairs neighbor the pictures, he told me that this woman is well known in a Dorchester Community Online Forum for stealing packages and causing community troubles.
