- This is my third complaint in 2 months. The contractor who is working on 16 Morley Street, Roxbury just moved a Porta potty even closer to my windows on Eliot Terrace. I have talked to him and tried to explain that I should not have to look at and smell that when I want to open my windows. Aren’t there any rules around this? I pay taxes too. This is not even close to where they are working. It has also been discovered by the unsheltered. HELP! This is becoming a quality of life issue. ( I have included my other two complaints)
