- Developer dug up the concrete sidewalk and replaced it with asphalt. Why would the City not want the sidewalk to be restored to its original condition? Asphalt is cheaper than concrete and contributes to the heat island that exists in East Boston. Let's get this restored to the standard the City expects. 116-120 Moore Street East Boston.
