The next door victim, is 45 Pearl St. building complaining; when sending an inspector be aware to lookon the left side of 43 Pearl St. and the right side of 45 Pearl St. Among the trash are a couple of mattresses, large pieces of wood, (construction materials ), regular trash bag thrown from the second or third floor.
