- The tenant at 125 Sycamore Street (there's an absentee landlord) keeps putting an incredibly heavy trash bag on my property. It is located between the fences in the backyards of 3 and 5 Sheldon Street on my property. It's in a precarious position up a steep slope, so twice I have pulled it back down to their property and they have moved it back to mine. I put a label on it with their address, asking them to dispose of it in the city's trash collection and not on a neighbor's property. The bag was twice returned to my property where it is currently.
