- I making another report about my upstairs neighbor Bruce Irving letting his big dog drop loud objects, toys, dog bones above my unit after quirt hours. He has been served with citations and is still not respecting the noise ordinance of the city of Boston. Please have someone contact him and remove his dog because he is definitely not listening to any complaints about the noise his pet is making. His dog is huge and is way to big to be in a unit above me. I have spoken to Dan Gillis and he told me he was going to talk to management but I am not sure what the outcome of that was. Please be advised that MCAD and the Boston Housing vourt in now involved.
