- Need help understanding if I have access to leave and enter my house tomorrow. Eversource started planning for construction tomorrow in front of my house. One guy said yes, another said no not all all. The date on their cones say 6/31 but there is no 6/31 this year. Please help me understand if I'm able to leave or enter my house tomorrow so I can contact employers if the city is preventing us from going to work.
