- The conditions at Noyes park 90 ft diamond are not only disgraceful, but also very dangerous. The city has been put on notice multiple times due to the hazard around the home plate area. The plate is five inches higher than the batters box. Is the city waiting to be sued for a broken leg of a child who slid into home plate? See attached pictures. These are the accepted conditions of a high school field?
