- Tree needs to be maintained or taken down. Once this tree blooms, it makes it extremely difficult to walk down the side walk. A stroller or wheelchair cannot get past it. The branches also extend into the street so you can't park. I have already put in one request and was told it was taken care of but it has clearly not been taken care of. No other trees on the street crowd the sidewalk. If it is not going to be properly pruned, which it has not, then it should be removed. In a month or so, no one is going to be able to walk past it.

Resolved. Tree pruned to meet the BPRD pruning specifications for street trees. Resident told to notify UFD if tree fails to leaf out after heavy pruning.
