- There is a Shiba Inu dog who is at Eden Street park in Charlestown on a daily basis. This dog is unleashed and is unable to be recalled by its owners. It has repeatedly and aggressively approached me and my dog. This morning it stalked, snarled and barked at my dog and the owner was unable to call their dog off. It had to be picked up while it continued to snarl.
