- This is a continuation of the recent report number #BCS-00139099. I told the lady on the phone that my apartment number is 313. There's loud dog barking and it's almost midnight. It's coming from one of my neighbors. The lady that handled the intake over the phone did not write down the apartment number apparently and left the description box blank. She also would not verify the address i gave her after i asked her to, forcing me to pull it out of her. And she still got it wrong apparently by leaving the apt number out, which she could have easily put in the description box.
