- Open dumpsters next to 4 Emerson: massive “rat party” in the dumpsters tonight. When you walk by rats pile out onto the sidewalk. There are so many rats in the dumpsters and recycle bin that they’re actually shaking. You can hear the vermin routing around inside. Then they squeal and squeak. They jump out and they run across the sidewalk and people gasp and scream. Equity property management (now Vivmark) the property owner needs to do the following: 1. Have management and pest control come to these dumpsters at night and see what happens. They are leave during office hours and have no idea of the rat horror show. 2. Fix all the holes in the slats surrounding the dumpsters. 3. Fix the burnt out lights inside the dumpster area. 4. Come up with a better garbage management system. These dumpsters get filled in like 24-48 hours, so they either need to have garbage pick up more frequently or close this area off more. Don’t believe they can lock the dumpsters because an entire community uses these for their garbage and the moment they’re full people will just throw their garbage on the ground or on top of the dumpster even if it’s locked this is just not working, and the rats have reached a disgusting epic proportion. Please come by at night and see and hear for yourself. 🤢
