Pest Infestation - Residential opened as
- Description
- 1. Overflowing dumpster 2. Numerous rats sighted in and around the dumpster. 3. Dumpster right next to apartment window. This a big health hazard for the people whose only windows open up to the dumpster forcing them to expose trash, flies, and rodents to their place of living. It is a large empty lot and the dumpster could be moved further away to the opposite end and still have truck access.
