- Vehicle still parked on hydrant at 12:44am. This a**hole has been parking here at night for over a week. Individual must know that we have no parking enforcement in our area at night. If BTD has a roving patrol this evening please send them to tag and tow this vehicle. This is a public safety issue. If not could 311 notify BPD. Thank you.
