- A car has been parking in the middle of one of the crosswalks at the intersection of Emerson and 3rd in South Boston for three consecutive days and nights without seemingly being ticketed or towed. Based on all of the wrongful towing that has occurred in this area in recent months, it’s appalling to see this vehicle, that is actually impeding the safe navigation of our streets and sidewalks by those with disabilities and strollers, not face consequences for blatant parking violations.
