Description
Handicap parking abuse: I have lived next door to a women for multiple years who must be using her handicap mothers parking pass. The person who drives the car is not handicap and I have never seen the mother present when she is using the handicap spot. Her boyfriend also uses her car and uses the handicap spot. The family has two handicap parking spaces on the street and the daughter uses a cone to block her handicap space so no one else uses it every day. The license plate is 1kb187.
