Description: BCS-00317702: Other We moved into our apartment on September 1st to missing window screens, dysfunctional smoke detectors, one non-functioning and leaking toilet (out of two), two broken shower heads (out of two), broken dishwasher, mold, general filth, and a severe cockroach infestation. We notified the property manager immediately. Property manager came to the apartment on September 2nd and replaced the smoke detector batteries. Shortly after that, the remaining issues were fixed with the exception of a missing screen, broken dishwasher, and broken shower. Exterminator came on September 3rd for an initial spraying after the property manager notified the landlord. In speaking with the exterminator, he has recommended a full building inspection and weekly treatment of our apartment and that this will likely take weeks to resolve. The second treatment will be on Friday, September 11th - additional treatments have not been scheduled.
