Description
Obsruction of sidewalk and building access. Same individual as reported previously, a Starbucks employee, is again parking his motocycle on the sidewalk, blocking access. City needs to ticket remove this bike. Repeat offender. Also, what is this pole shown in the picture that has been up for months, blocking building/street access? Is this something the city has put there for some reason? Please remove.
