- Rats in the house: yes. Dead rat found in the lower level on Sept 1, 2026. Snap trap and used glue trap were already in place when we moved in; apparent droppings near a foundation gap; open gaps at base of brick foundation walls; unsealed windows; vegetation against rear door. A standard cleaning took place Sept 2; photos are from before it; no pest treatment has been done. Tenant requesting inspection. Not sleeping in the house. Related housing case #101006744272.
