- Caller Ms. Michelle White called to state that the building at 7-9 Esmond Street in Dorchester the tenants are not putting their garbage in the trash cans provided. Trash pickup is on Monday's and it's all over the place. Ms. White said that the building use to have 2 yard dumpster to support the trash but not anymore. The trash cans are not covered and always open causing rats. 857-321-3727
