Illegal Parking

Description: This is not due to the sidewalk repair, IT IS A PRIVATE BUSINESS BLOCKING THE SIDEWALK AND PUBLIC PARKING SO THEY CAN USE THEIR GATE. THEY SHOULD GET A PARKING PERMIT IF THEY WANT TO BLOCK PARKING. This has nothing to do with the sidewalk being repaired. This person is leaving letters on cars threatening them with towing. Please actually look into before dismissing it. The sidewalk being repaired is further up and there are legal no parking permits posted. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH THIS GATE. The cones on the sidewalk are not from the city, they are from the business. They just want to be able to use a single mast lift to repair the facade of the building. Do they even have a permit for that?
